- Plastic surfaces made of PVC, poly (methyl meth- acrylate) and plastic derivatives (It is necessary to apply a sealing coating first).
Important: Notes

- Do not place heavy objects (clothes racks, lighting fixtures, mirrors etc)s directly on the panel.
- For fixing fittings , (shelves etc) drill in such a way that fastening accessories, such as screws, reach the supporting, rear wall on which the StickWall™ is installed to allow for adequate suppor t of the fitting.
Easy Installation Guide
Important: StickWall™ panels must be removed from its packaging and placed horizontally (flat) where the panels are going to be installed 48 hours prior to installation.
Stage 1
Remove any nails, protruding objects and ensure the surafce is clean, smooth and flat.
Stage 2
Clean the wall thoroughly and apply surface preparation if necessary.
Stage 3
Measure the wall carefully and draw pencil lines to locate the panels as required, (vertically and horizontally) using a spirit level, on all the walls of the room (as required), marking the wall and repeat the procedure.
Stage 4
Apply a small qty of the recommended adhesive to at least 50% of the holes, making sure you apply in all corners and along the edges. Failure to do so will void your warranty.
Stage 5
Carefully remove only the brown protective film layer from the panel.
Stage 6
Firmly stick the panel. Press it down – and it’s all done. To ensure a long lifespan, StickWallTM is very adhesive, be sure to have correct panel location prior to pressing in place. Once pressed in place, the panel cannot be relocated, it can only be removed and replaced.
Stage 7
Continue to measure and mark the panels in the centre, or edge as required to ensure you are installing evenly. Lay the next/adjacent panel in the same manner.
Stage 8
To lay the lower panel, measure the centre of the panel and make a small pencil mark. Fix the panel in place using the previous guidelines. Follow the same procedure with additional panel. Install the rest of the panels on the wall following the previous guidelines.
Stage 9
When you reach the edge of the wall, measure the distance from the last panel to the wall and mark how much of the panel to cut.
If panels need cutting, measure, mark and safely cut both sides of the excess panel with a sharp blade and stick the panel. To complete a clean cut, you may need to use the blade once, or twice and sandpaper the cut edge for a great finish.
Be sure to protect the work surface where you are cutting.
If using a sharp blade, break the panel into pieces by pressing from the centre out to the opposite edges of the piece and sandpaper the cut edge for a great finish.
Kitchen Installation
StickWall™ is fine to be installed in kitchens that have induction and electric cooktops, as long as installation is accordance with the installation guidelines.
For Gas Stoves or Open Flame Appliances Only. If you are to install StickWall™ near a gas stove or open flame cooking appliance, a minimum clearance of 200mm is recommended by standard AS/NZS 5601 from the periphery of the nearest gas burner and if installing within 200mm, an approved guard needs to be used to protect the vertical surface.
